Onstar telematic communication module Defective.
My vehicle is a 2025 GMC Acadia bought 6 months ago under manufactures warranty. The dealership that diagnosed the problem stated the part to effect the repair of the OnStar system is on backorder and the cannot provide us any estimate for when the part will arrive or the repair will be completed.
We appreciate you bringing this situation with your 2025 GMC Acadia to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to have limited access to the vehicle you rely on during this delay.
