Onstar Module Stopped Working

Yet another customer with the Onstar module issue. 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. No light by the OnStar button.  OnStar button doesn't work. Wifi doesn't work. My Chevrolet App won't connect to my car or update. Already contacted OnStar who has told me I need to go to the dealership. 5-7 day wait just for diagnostics at each of the 5 service centers I've talked to. This is ridiculous.
