OnStar Module down

Hello my vehicle 2025 Terrain hasn’t connected to remote app for 8 days now. No GPS no remote app. Took to the dealer just to be told it’s on back order. 13,000 miles and this happens. Terrible.

    I have the same exact issue and mine began having the issue around the same time.  I took to the dealer yesterday and the module is on national backorder.  Service said it took about 3 weeks as they had 2 other that needed the replacement.  Its been terrible not having the app to start the car especially with single digit temperatures.
