Onstar in my brand new 2025 Chevrolet Traverse LT is not working even though the light is green.

This exact same thing is happening in my 2025 Traverse. Have you had any luck resolving it??

I had to go to the dealership thankfully under warranty the unit was replaced.

    How long from diagnosis to fix?  Mine would also be under warranty.

      Dealership looked it over that same day I got a call they had to order the unit. The unit was ordered took a week for it to get in. They where able to install in within a day.
