Onstar cancellation issues

I have cancelled my onstar account over 10 months ago and I am still having monthly $15.00 payments withdrawn from my account.  I have not had my vehicle for over a year now.  How do I resolve this problem and get reimbursed?  I have tried multiple times with NO success
