Disney channel not available in Play Store to download

OnStar rolled out the DisneyPlus station almost a year ago. I have a 2026 Chevy Tahoe Premier with an OnStar subscription, and the Disney Station is not even showing in the PlayStore app to download. What do I need to do to fix this? It’s like OnStar doesn't think my vehicle is eligible on the backend, and it needs to be pushed out to me. OnStar reps have already confirmed I have everything required to download the app. 

I can’t waste another 30 minutes on an OnStar call with a rep trying to get me to restart the infotainment system, which I’ve already done numerous times.
