New 2025 Equinox another OnStar telematic module is out instance
Another intstance OnStar telematic module out. Also drains my New 2025 Equinox battery rendering the vehicle pretty much useless. Setting at dealer right now waiting for new module. No ETA on backorder. Frustrating and no loner vehicle.

My issue was a slow buildup. It started with my remote start from the app occasionally not connecting. Then some of the apps occasionally had difficulty loading content. Then the GPS started showing that I was in places that were 50-100 miles away. That is when I pressed my OnStar button, which did not work. So I called OnStar. They told me that since the OnStar button was still green, to take the car to my dealership & tell them OnStar said it was the telematics module. I brought it to the dealership. They sent me right home because they said it would take some time to even diagnose the issue and the diagnosis will determine how long a repair will be. I had to make an appointment to come back when they had a loaner available (today). I was told I will get a call on Monday with an update.
