MyGMC app Not Worked From New

I bought a 2025 Yukon Denali on 7/1/25 and have been unable to get the MyGMC app to work.  In that time, I pressed the OnStar button, called various phone numbers more than 13 times and racked up 8 Case numbers to no avail.  All the people I have talked to can do no more than ask me to repeat their canned troubleshooting process and then say I will get a call back from a Support Technician.  I got a call back once and they could only offer the same repeated steps to reset, login, delete/reinstall app, etc.

This is the same when using my SE 2020 iPhone and my wife’s SE2022 and I believe there is something corrupt in my regular GMC account.  People on the phone claim this issue has been escalated but I am now out of anything on my end I know of to have this fixed.

Can other members offer alternative suggestions to get this working?  Perhaps another phone number, email address, or posted letter?
