My suburban and Yukon Onstar deactivated
We never want you to be without your OnStar services and do regret to hear the module itself may be preventing access to them. Our team is happy to take a look into your circumstances in hopes of shedding some light on what assistance options may be applicable. In order for us to proceed, we require your contact information, VIN, and the name/location of your servicing dealership to be sent in private messaging. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. When creating a new message, please be sure to enter Advisor_Jacob to get connected directly to me. Once we have this information, we can investigate further. By sending us a message, you consent to the information you provide being monitored and recorded by GM or those acting on GM’s behalf, subject to the OnStar Privacy Statement https://www.onstar.com/us/en/privacy_statement/.

I have a 2023 Yukon and a 2023 Subaru. Both vehicles displayed the same communication module error. The Yukon has been repaired, but the Subaru's warranty has been rejected , meaning I'll have to pay $1,140 to fix the issue. I've barely used them, and the issue is a defect in the vehicle itself. I don't understand why the module isn't replaced under warranty.
