Is the three year premium on the sticker transferable?

I recently purchased a 2025 Silverado RST max range that had 139 miles on it and it was sold as used from the dealership. The dealership stated post purchase it wasn’t included, onstar reps told me the dealership had to start it, the only thing they started was the 8 year basic plan, that was also in the original sticker and the start date was 3/16/26. It was shipped from Kentucky to Wa state where it arrived needing a refrigerant replacement valve so it was out of commission for two weeks as soon as I got it. The auto check report also shows the only event is the dealership putting it up for sale, which leads me to believe this was most likely a demo and I am the first retail owner. I have spoken to a couple reps and they have both told me they would escalate this and to expect a phone call, but I have not received a call back in weeks. I emailed the monroney label and the auto check report, but have not received a response. The trial is about end and I just feel like I am being ignored on this. The website states these plans are transferred to the new owners so I am confused on what’s going on and what to do. This has been a pretty frustrating way to start my first Chevy ownership.

  • I received a call from ev concierge Jessica about a minute after posting this. She was able to confirm that this is being escalated and I should have someone reach out to me before the end of the week. She also confirmed she did not open the last email I sent which let her know the repairs were done last Tuesday and I was still waiting on a response after providing the original sticker which shows the 3 year plan included in the MSRP of the vehicle right below the 8 year basic listing. I don’t think it should take this long to get this resolved as it seems like a cut and dry issue but I keep hearing the term ‘second owner’ which shouldn’t matter when your website states these transfer to the next owner, the vehicle had 139 miles on date of purchase and the auto check report only lists the vehicle being put up for sale January of this year with no other title or registration event occurred.
