Internet stop working
We do appreciate you bringing these service concerns to our attention, Sukhi. To further clarify, is the LED light near your OnStar hardware and blue button currently red? Are you able to push your blue OnStar button to create an active connection to your Equinox EV? Additionally, are you seeing any error codes at all within the mobile app? What is not working for you? Any details related to these ongoing concerns are greatly appreciated. We hope to hear from you soon.
OnStar is always steady Green and when I am trying to press it says” can’t connect with advisor” .
