Guardian app not allowing logo
The Guardian app on my phone logged me out this evening and is not allowing me to log back in. It keeps prompting me to enter an invitation code when I have 2 active OnStar subscriptions.
I confirmed the credentials are correct and I’ve conducted the below troubleshooting steps.
- Verified OnStar active subscriptions
- Restarted device
- Uninstalled / reinstalled app
When I click I don’t have a code, it prompts me to call OnStar to get a subscription.

I have a screen recording that I can email as well.
iOS 26.2 and app version 3.6.6

I have a similar (kind of) problem. Since their app version 3.6.6, I cannot login. I believe they made a server change at the same time they applied the changes.
By the way Onstar server is down at the moment I believe, that adds to the problem or they are trying to fix it.
