I'm dealing with this same issue with my Google Maps. After the GM software update last week (May 11, 2026) i no longer have Google Maps with Traffic data. I only have turn-by-turn plan and was told i need to purchase it now for $14.99. No way will I do that when I've had no issue for 3 years, now I have to pay? nope. Anyhow, On star is trying to reactivate the plan i had to no avail. Had my car at the dealer all day on Friday and they said there's no issue, it's an Onstar issue, their plan! So annoying i swear. They're escalating the issue since last week. Still no rectified.
