GMC PIT6455B (Version 3)
Silverado, Sierra software update N26-254904 was released this week and includes a fix for the "service driver assist system" random error message. My 2026 truck notified me of an update and installed it over the air.
Let's pray it actually fixes the problem.
The N26-254904 only applied to 2025 models so my 2026 is not fixed. This issue will be in a year old in November. Maybe GM Engineers are planning a one year anniversary fix! It is disappointing that his has gone on so long. I will not be buying another GMC product.
