Equinox EV Telematics Kaput

Well there seems to be a rampant issue with the Telematics unit. It's OK that OnStar is off line, but my Chevy App, GPS are also not communicating.  How about providing a free WiFi hotspot that would enable the GPS while we are waiting on parts.  These units are failing left and right.  No wonder the part is back-ordered and the dealer unfortunately has no insight when he will see the part or get this rectified. I spoke to your support team via my cell phone, because on-star does not work, and they tried everything to help. I do appreciate the EV concierge line and all they tried to do.  My issue is that there are no parts available even in a large metro area like Atlanta.  Every dealer should have 5 or 6 of these things in stock.  Do better GM

      I wouldn't mind it but nothing really works.  Might as well be in a 2008. What's the plan
