Hi Token!
While everyone’s experience is a little different, check out the rest of the communities comments and complaints about the back order of parts and GMs lack of response.
While I recommend actively participating on this community to attain knowledge of what is happening, it can be frustrating and downright upsetting to see and read the futile attempts the service provider has attempted to do.

It is frustrating. My concern now is my Silverado, is there something I can do to keep this from happening to that module. I see a lot of posts mentioning oil changes and system updates. OnStar should provide guidance whether these are related or not. Their silence on those opinions is concerning.
