Supercruise stopped working, new Buick Enclave 2025

A new Buick Enclave sport Touring, 2025. 

Supercruise worked for 4 months, but then stopped. Now the icon turns green for 30 seconds, then turns red and disappears. Around 95% of the time it does not show the icon at all. Infrequently the speed limit does not show and sometimes the speed limit number is wrong.  

I called OnStar, they asked to press a few buttons and reset, then recommended to take to the dealership. The dealership reinstalled an update , but still not working. 

Then I called Onstar, who said they will escalate and look into it, but have not heard back any more. 

Is it a software issue?  Can the tech support help? Or is there a hard reset/ factory reset option?
