I have a 24 Traverse.  My weather channel app no longer works.  I get a message that this app for android auto is being discontinued.  I do not use android auto.  Contacted OnStar.  They removed the Preferred plan from my account and added it back.  Did not work.

Did you get the problem resolved?  If so, how.
