Please cut this crap and resolve this problem. It almost seems like you wait for the vehicle goes out of warranty before you do anything then charge an arm and a leg for repair.
I am joining the Class Action litigation. It is going to cost us all a whole lot of money in the end.
Start by telling us the truth of whats going on and what you are actually doing about it. This issue should never have left engineering like this.
