I dont see an envelope icon. I use my phone.

Ah, thank you for clarifying that you're viewing this in your device's web browser, @Gbrown. The envelope icon should be at the top of the screen directly next to the search icon. If you're unable to view it from the web browser, we'd recommend requesting the desktop version in your applicable browser.
