2025 Escalade streaming services not working
I have a 2025 Escalade. The streaming services worked for the first few months then stopped working one day. I have called on star a dozen times and nothing has happened. The internet works but not the streaming services. When I click YouTube it says “Application is currently unavailable”.
Customer support never calls back, I call every few days and am told they are escalating it or working on it.

I have called numerous times. If you look at my most current case number you will see nothing has been done.
my phone calls are not returned and no updates are given when I call. Each call typically takes over 30 minutes to be told that it is being worked on. This is going on over 4 weeks.

Part of my new daily routine is to call on star to be told my case is being escalated to a senior advisor and that they will call me in 24-48. They never call and I have to start over. No resolution and no communication.

Going on a month now. My original case number was never solved. I was given a new case number. I have to call On Star every few days for them to tell me they are working on it and that On Star will call me within 3-5 days. They never call. Problem still not resolved.

You need to visit your dealership. People on the phone have no skin in the game.
