2025 equinox ev- OnStar Telematics module - no dates for backorder part is unacceptable
I recently bought equinox ev 2025. In 5th month of use, telematics system stopped working. Dealership mentioned that part is nationwide back ordered with no estimated date. And i saw on many portals ...
I am literally into 5 weeks of having my 25 Equinox. I was told 4-6 weeks to get the part when I bought the car and now there is no timetable??? Is this still the case? If so, this is a total misrepresentation.
