2015 Chevy equinox not receiving texts and wifi not working

I have an iPhone and for the past 2-3 yrs the text messages feature was greyed out. I’ve disconnected the phone repaired it. Show notifications and still nothing. Then the wifi issues have been for the past 3 months. If my phone is connected just to the wifi itself it’s slow but goes at a decent speed. If I have my Bluetooth and wifi connected it is dial up slow. As far as I can see the wifi has been an issue for even the newer model cars. I need a solution asap..
