Vehicle status not updating

I have a 2023 Equinox, and my vehicle status won't update in the app. It said it hasn't connected to my vehicle in 2 weeks, which is crazy, because I've driven it practically every day. I have tried ...

I have this same problem on a new 2025 Equinox. The status values for tire pressure, miles driven,fuel level, etc stopped being updated after one day. All I keep being told to do is trying logging in and out of the app, uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. Nothing changes. There are so many others having this issue, I do not understand why a solution is not known. Or at least OnStar would tell us there is a known issue that they are working on it, instead of wasting everyone's time with endless app reinstalls and logging in and out.
