My app is not working for my 2024 Chevy blazer Ev rs ever since the Onstar module was replaced due to error message stating service emergency calling calling. No remote commands and no charging status update
Thank you kindly for bringing this error to our attention. To further clarify, have you pushed your blue OnStar button since your OnStar hardware was replaced? This is an important step to ensure the module is active. If you have already completed this troubleshooting, let us know moving forward. We will keep an eye out for your reply in the meantime.

As an initial troubleshooting step, we highly recommend pushing your blue button to speak with a live Advisor. This will help create a direct connection to your vehicle and allow our Technical Team to work directly alongside you.
