We appreciate this follow up and are happy to know your MyChevrolet App is working properly once again. Should you ever need assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to let us know.
The app started working again after about a week of not working. When the car turned on, I was prompted to choose data plan. Then it listed as an option the plan that came with the car lease. I pressed that, and then everything started working again.
We greatly appreciate this update. Please know, we are only an email away if you have any ongoing concerns with services.

I have a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500.
Just like some others, MyChevy app stops updating the car statistics (fuel, tire pressure, milage, etc). The remote start and controls do continue to function normally.
I am 100% confident this is not a phone/App issue. I know this because I have followed all the recommendations posted on these forums and it did not fix (clear cache, re-install, etc). Also, it is occurring on three different devices my family owns. 2 X iPhones and 1 x Galaxy Android phone. For some reason, the OnStar module in the car stops updating the server. I tried many different things, and I finally found one solution that works, so I wanted to share.
I do an OnStar reset. After the car is started, I hold in the "Blue" button for 15 seconds. At that point, the green light turns off, then red, then green again. And, it will then try and connect to an advisor. I just hang up. This works every time. Unfortunately, I have todo it again about once every 3 to 5 days. Hopes this helps others, and perhaps for a more permanent solution.
I should also mention that I am currently on the 3 year free remote access plan. For the 2024 Silverado
For my 2020 Chevy equinox, I am currently paying for the remote package. It continues to work normally, with no issues.

Another Update...
At some point, the resetting of the OnStar system I talked about above stopped working.
No matter what I tried, the car statics would not update. Remote controls still worked. 100% certain not a phone or app issue... Then two weeks ago, the infotainment center pushed out an update, claiming it fixed certain security issues. I allowed the update. The car statics now update perfectly, as expected, and are shown on My Chevy app on all 3 of my devices. I would think this means that there was a known software issue that was also fixed with this update.

I am back to the same issue again. After several days of the telemetry working/updating on my device(s), it suddenly stops. The only solution now is to reset the Infotainment data, which erases all settings and profiles. Glad I get this service for free, for a couple years. Because I would not pay for this. It is not reliable.
