Thanks for bringing this to our attention. First, please know that the myGMC app is compatible only with devices operating on iOS 14 and above or Android 10 and above. If your device is not capable of upgrading to these operating systems, it will no longer be able to support the app. Feel free to send us an email to socialmedia@gm.com with "ATTN: OS Community/243ackley" in the subject line with any further questions.
