  • We regret to hear of any concerns with your Vehicle Status updates. To clarify, do you currently have the most recent version of the mobile app installed on your device? If you are unsure, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the myChevrolet app moving forward. If you continue to have concerns after this troubleshooting step, kindly let us know.

      Mine is doing the same thing. Stuck on 25%.
      I have all latest updates on my phone and in my truck. Even re-downloaded the app.

    does the app update itself? or do we have to update it?

      That's a good question to bring up. Generally, this would depend on the settings that the individual user has on the device that they're running the app on. Setting apps to auto-update is certainly possible, and we would recommend checking the settings on your phone to determine whether it is updating for your or not at this time.
