Confused Widow

Hi everyone. I am so confused with this On Star, because they have so many packages that I don’t understand. I will be 71 in a few months and have four autoimmune diseases, so I can get confused more than ever before. I have a 2020 Acadia Denali that came with GMC Connected thru May 14: 2027. I’m riding down the road and I no longer can use my hands free navigation system. I call On Star and they say your trial has been cancelled without any notification. So the lady on line sells me Essentials and GMC App Access. Why do I need this, when all I want is the Hands Free Navigation, Emergency Services and Diagnostics Report emailed to me each month, like I had before? I believe that I am being mis guided and it’s overwhelming to me. Too much money and I don’t know why they did this to me.
