Wi-fi Hotspot will not stay on

Our 2021 Tahoe has not been connecting to CarPlay via Bluetooth. As it turns out, the Wifi Hotspot is turned off and cannot be turned back on. As soon as it's turned on, it shuts back off. The level 2 support could not help and I was supposed to receive a call from level 3 support which has not happened. @onstar you need to resolve the issue and provide communication as promised.
