Telematic module

I called GM they gave me some information, but apparently this is still all on me to pay for. My husband and I have always bought GM vehicles and I hate to say it but this is going to be my last GM vehicle. I can not get this fixed and I am expected to pay over 1000 to fix an issue that I should not have to fix, so no I am about ready to take a loss and sell this expensive lemon because no one wants to take responsibility and fix the mess up. It is not my problem, the service was for 3 years not 36000 miles and then it shuts off. I have no sos, no navigation, no onstar period and no wifi. Yet this somehow  is my responsibility it fix on a vehicle that is just over a year old. Do better, this is BS and with how many that are out you would think either onstar or GM would make it right, but apparently it is not important enough to keep customers happy and not moving to other manufacturers. It is ridiculous that with the prices you charge for the vehicles you can't stand behind the safety features. Do better, fix the problems and stop putting it back on the people that have already paid for a vehicle yet can not use features they were promised. I have had it with all the run around. You need to call here, this is a you problem not a me problem. Well when people switch to vehicles that are not GM due to customer service we will see how many jobs you have need of. DO BETTER.

Are they charging you for a bad module that GM messed up on? If so that’s ridiculous! I would argue that for sure because that is not owner negligence

Yes they are charging me for a defective module, I did nothing to it but the warranty is up on the car which they are saying ends their responsibility for fixing it so it is all on me.
