Onstar Service provider

Is at&t the only service provider for onstar? How can I switch from at&t?

    AT&T is the only service provider for the 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot within GM vehicles. Data Plans for this can be purchased through OnStar or directly through AT&T.
