Onstar module went out
I am very upset
been paying for onstar and then found out the service was not even working due to the module going out.
took it to the dealership and they want $800. To fix it
how is the module my responsibility
it is not a item that I should be responsible for especially since there is a $27. Bill for the service every month. How did I break the module
I don’t even know where the module is. it’s not like tires where I use them and it’s my responsibility to fix.
so in order to have onstar I need to magically find $800. To fix the module.
(if my spectrum internet went out, they would fix the internet machine so I could continue paying the internet bill.) but onstar rather just say ooo well bye to your monthly payment then help with a solution to fix the module
