No App button to download apps on 2024 Equinox
I just purchased 2 2024 Equinox's a week ago. Neither vehicle has the app button to download apps from onstar that our premium plan says we can get. When calling, On-Star appears to have no idea.
We regret to hear of any concerns with your OnStar services. To further clarify, are you referring to in-vehicle apps? Are you seeing any error codes on your infotainment screen? Please know, if you are currently located in a 3G or lower area this can impact your applications, especially if you are streaming audio.
No error codes in the infotainment screen. no button at all to be able to download any in-vehicle apps, and I'm in a solid 5G area. Thanks.
