Loss use of app, connectivity, navigation- Onstar module issue

I have a 2025 Optiq. I'm having the same onstar issues that others are having. I contacted Onstar by phone. Because I could not connect to onstar through my vehicle, I was told that I would have to take to dealer. Now you start reading about these modules being on back ordered. I've tired resets by holding the disconnect phone button and a factory reset. No change. I have an appoint in 3 weeks for the dealer so I can get a loaner. Are there any other options through tech support that might work?
