CONTACT ACCOUNT OWNER

I purchased a new vehicle in December.  Somehow ended up with 2 Onstar accounts with same email.  They merged the accounts and ever since have only been able to manage one vehicle.  I see all 5 vehicles but can only see the plans for 1.  I can share vehicles and use all the remote features just unable to see the actual plans.  Any suggestions?
