MyChevrolet App demanding update

I tried accessing the MyChevrolet app and it demanded I get the updated version. I deleted the app and downloaded the most current version from the Apple App Store and it still is demanding an update and won’t let me log in. 
iPhone15 Pro with iOS 17.3.1
