My Chevrolet app remote comannds fail most of the times

Hi, I recently bought a 25 Equinox RS, but my Chevrolet app’s remote commands frequently fail. I've been in touch with both the GM Support team via that socialmedia email adress and OnStar Live advisors, and I've followed all their instructions, but NOTHING has solved the issue yet, leaving me feeling frustrated:

Reinstalling the app
Logging in and out
Clearing the app cache and data
Verifying that the OnStar module is working (it blinks green when talking to an advisor)
Confirming that I use the car in last 10 days, and the OnStar module has never been replaced or repaired.

The only pattern I’ve noticed is that the success of the remote commands is linked to the locate vehicle feature in the app. As soon as the vehicle is located, the commands work. However, when they start failing, my command history shows a “ locate vehicle failed” message.
