MyGMC & MyCadillac App No Longer Work on Note8

We have been using the MyChevrolet and MyCadillac App since 2015. Now, the app is requiring us to upgrade from the Google Play Store, however, it says our phones are incompatible. All articles I have read state the apps are available for and work on Android 9 OS's and higher which our Note8's are running Android 9. I have taken delivery of a new 2024 Denali HD and have been using the MyGMC app since May of this year with no issues until now. Same issue. Now I cannot use the app for my new truck which I was required to pay for the $1,500 OnStar "option". This is unacceptable. I have no interest in now buying two more phones just so these apps work. Please help .... !

As of the latest version, the Mobile App no longer supports Android operating systems lower than version 10. We apologize for any inconvenience.
