I have a 2024 GMC AT4 Diesel 3/4 ton. I have had the GMC app on my phone since the first day I bought it and I am the only owner of the truck. Someone hacked into my phones and all my accounts in both of them. The thing I want to ask this community about is my infotainment system. They somehow got into my app and have taken Administration Control of the app in the truck. It now has a pin on my personal profile and 1 other profile that I can’t get unlocked. I too it to GMC and they couldn’t help me. OnStar told me to take it to GMC. I’ve been researching this for a week and I can’t seem to figure it out. I did reset the password and even switched it to another email but still can’t get rid of the user profiles that have admin control over it. It’s almost like I’m on a teen driver account but it doesn’t show any teen driver or valet accounts to be activated.
