Corvette OTA updates won't work.

I have received several emails that my 2017 Corvette will be getting over the air software updates. These emails include the VIN of my Corvette. When I go into the software updates section on the car, there is no option to update the software. The only available option is to Save System Settings to USB drive.

The last time I had my oil changed, I asked the dealer to check if there were any System Updates for my car, since OnStar had said they could do the system update.

The dealership checked the software on my car versus the GM system and it they said my software was up to date. Is it a hardware issue that prevents it from being updateable? I have a 2017 Colorado that does OTA updates just fine.
