After service tow reimbursement
My car broke down. Before I could make any arrangements the business I was at had the car towed away. I want to send OnStar Guardian the bill for reimbursement, which an advisor said I could do. However, I can't find any information on how to do that. I tried using the online chat and they couldn't answer me. If a vehicle is disabled and it is towed by a business who just wants the car off their property or the car is obstructing others, or if I'm stuck on the road and the police call to have it towed because it's unsafe to other drivers, how do I submit a claim to OnStar Guardian for reimbursement?How can I cancel Onstar Guardian when they have no record of my account?
I signed up for a first month free trial of Onstar Guardian on Oct 25th and two days later I received a notification from the app saying, "Your OnStar Guardian subscription has expired. Your services have been deactivated, and you and your group members have been signed out of the app." I don't know what happened but I assumed my subscription was canceled until a few days ago when my card was charged $16.20 by Onstar. I called an Onstar advisor to inquire about this and he searched my name, phone number, and email and found no account. How can I cancel Onstar Guardian when there's no record of me having an account? Is it possible to get a refund for this charge since my subscription "expired" several weeks ago?What permissions does the Guardian app require and why?

Trying to verify my phone number in the Guardian App. Open the app>menu>profile>phone number>enter phone number>click send. Verification screen comes up to enter number. Text message notification pops up. Verification screen goes away. Try again. Same thing. Samsung A71 Android ver 13 Actually submitted this twice trough the app. No response.
