Why do we have to pay for basic services?
I am trying to figure out why I have to pay for basic start/stop and lock/unlock features.
My ford vehicles provides this service at no charge. It includes all the services that you charge $15 a month for.
Maybe you need to look at how the Ford pass is set up for billing.

I would like to know how it’s ok to give someone eight years of basic service free if they bought a new car in 25. I bought a brand new truck during covid. Had to wait for my truck. It didn’t come with everthing and didn’t even get one year basic service. Isn’t 60+ grand enough.
