They refuse to cancel my data plan

I have contacted OnStar 4 times in the last week to cancel my data plan.  They refuse to cancel it but continue to give me the run around.  I have called them and used the OnStar button in the car.   I will now be forced to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges and or cancel the credit card.  OnStar is a joke and I will never buy a vehicle with OnStar.

      So your answer is contact us a 5th time???  Unacceptable,  please provide a single point of contact so that I can simply get confirmation that my plan has been cancelled.  As of today, the wifi is still on.  I do have an escalation number.  I was told I would receive an email confirming the cancellation.  To date I have received nothing.
