With the myChevrolet, myBuick, myGMC, or myCadillac app, and enrollment into a Connected Services Plan, OnStar provides access to Remote Start from your smart phone. If you have an aftermarket Remote Start installed by a non GM Dealer, OnStar will by unable to assist.
