Senior discounts
I have had Onstar since 2004 my rates went down after I had them for a few years, then when I traded that vehicle off on a 2015 the rates went back up and just keep going up. Then my system stopped working and they said they would refund me for all the months it was down and pay to replace it. For like three months we tried to get it fixed but the dealership just kept fighting us on it. I called and was told they would pay as soon as the work was complete just call them when the work was done, I did that and GMC has still never paid my lost monthly or the REPLACEMENT of the system, but price keep going up. Now trying to get senior discounts they claim they have but still can't get that either.
