How do I cancel my onstar trial from android Onstar Guardian app?
After starting a trial for Onstar, I entered my VIN # for my truck to activate it, but was denied... Our truck is NOT older than 2005, it's a 2013 Chevy Silverado Truck. Why does it say that ...
We would hate to see you leave the OnStar family, however if you need to cancel your services, you can do so using the following steps.
1. Select 3 lines in upper left corner of Home page
2. Select Plans. App will display current subscription & billing/renewal status
3. Manage Plans:
4. Select "Manage Plans"
5. Select "Manage" under "My Plans"
6. You can change Billing Address or Method of Payment (MOP) by selecting the box under each option (displays current address & MOP)
- Select "Cancel Plan" to Cancel Guardian subscription in the Guardian app
