Yukon 2024 onstar recall?

Is Gmc recalling the telemetry module on these trucks. Mine is exactly 2 years old and onstar is dead, no connection for the navigation or other apps.  Seems ridiculous in a 2 year old vehicle to lose safety features.  

Also i had to pay for a 3 year subscription when I bought the truck.  Can I pause this while I wait for the repair to be performed?
