Wifi

I have an OnStar plan with Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi is not working now. I have paid it for the last two months.

    I have a 2021 Silverado. I created a WiFi network called NSA SECURE MOBILE. It disappeared within this past week. I’m now being told by Onstar that WiFi cannot exist because of spacing and character counts. We reach an impasse. I can show screenshots of the information from my phone that it did exist and was not a hot spot!!!!

    Why would my WiFi network be deleted and now told to use hotspot, which I’ve never used. And now WiFi network is for connecting your vehicle to an outside WiFi network. Why the hell would I do that when the truck has its own WiFi network! And I’m not talking about a hot spot!!! Please, somebody tell me I’m not crazy. All my devices show the network login, and not the hot spot. Telling me that my laptop has never connected to the hot spot, but I see in the know WiFi connections my old WiFi network info is there!!!!!
