Wi-Fi will not work, but plan is active
My tv’s are not receiving internet for youtube. But my onStar plan is still current and active

We regret to hear of any concerns with your in-vehicle data connection, Sasha. To further clarify, have you attempted to connect a device like a tablet or laptop to the Hotspot recently? Are you able to connect, but with no access to Internet? Or can you not connect at all? Any additional insight into these Wi-Fi concerns is appreciated. After installing a used dash cam I found at the Goodwill Bins in my car, my OnStar Wi-Fi signal became weak and sometimes disconnects completely. I’m wondering if the dash cam is interfering with the signal.
Possible Causes:
The dash cam’s power source might be interfering with the car’s internal Wi-Fi module.
The dash cam could be using the same frequency band as the OnStar network, causing interference.
The placement of the dash cam might be blocking the Wi-Fi signal.
